Yes!!! Another one who remembers Paramount House as a toy shop, long before Toys R Us! Sadly, I don't remember the proprietors. Guess I was always much too excited being there choosing my dolls, tea sets etc to notice them. Was Whiteaways another toy shop? I remember buying toys from a shop in Old Town but I'm sure it wasn't Whiteaways. This shop in Old Town was more like a Chinatown shop. I had fun choosing toys there as well but my fave was always Paramount House. Cheers! Ann
