probably occupied by an old bungalow, I have no idea, kayes. You probably can get some clues looking at the old pictures of Ipoh, some of which are on display at the Foyer of the Council Building.
It seems the land(No.57) is under the SEDC, since it has been fenced up as part of the old Fire Department Building, which currrently is being used as the office of Majuperak, an SEDC company. So is the Seri Kinta Building, which used to belong to another SEDC company, Perbiba, now taken over by KUB.
The new M&A building is just next to the warehouse separated by a side lane, on the left of picture.
The panorama is 'stitched' from 3 separate overlapping shots I took, using software that came with my camera(Canon A80).The 'stitching' could also be done by the camera itself. I believe most digital cameras nowadays provide software for that purpose(I know Olympus does).
