You are absolutely correct! Kwong Chow was on the right of the picture. It operated in the evenings and was a popular place for dim sum at night. Aside from the spooky tales, I also remember eating yummy har kow, siew mai and chow fun there with my parents after watching a movie in one of the nearby cinemas. Oh, those were the days!
