Is Kwong Chow a stand-alone bungalow with a vast compound around it? I remember it serving the best fried chicken in parchment paper. There were also rumors of it being haunted. Apparently someone bought satay from a mobile satay "man". The change he got back fr him were hell notes. This was told to me by my grandma. Now I wonder what she was trying to achieve. To teach us not to go wandering around, not eat satay or was she just having some wicked fun?
