Poco, I'm quite sure that the old Golden Jubilee was replaced by the new Lee How Fook. Yeap... same location. I think I saw it during my last trip to Ipoh in June this year.Perhaps Kayes can help confirm this with a pic on his next trip to Ipoh?
And Poco, now that you mentioned the steamboat in the evenings, I recall the lovely fish balls too. Unfortunately now that I got the egg tarts and egg custard shops mixed up, I can't recall Kwong Chow in New Town.
But to all Ipohites who have been away, Ipoh food is definitely on the list of top 5 things that we miss most about our beloved hometown!
